Jason has been in leadership roles for almost fifteen years of his career. In that time, he’s gained a deep understanding of what makes a workplace vibrant, inclusive, authentic, and sustainable. He tells the stories when he was there. He felt it. He knows exactly where and what changed. Those experiences have brought him here, to start Hey People.

Kicking off Hey People came out of an inner burn, not a pun, to do something for businesses that need it. Throughout his career, Jason has sought to do things differently and serve people well. Founded on the belief that every business that wants it deserves to have the best people, culture, and success. It takes tackling some heavy things but if you are reading this, you have been ready longer than you think.
